Out-of-Network
For all other insurances, we are out-of-network and we’ll happily file with your PPO dental insurance for you. Being out-of-network for your dental insurance may mean an occasional discrepancy between what your plan will cover and what our office will charge.
Dental Insurance Benefits
Please be aware that we will do our best to assure you maximize your insurance benefits appropriately, but you are responsible for understanding the limitations and provisions included in your plan. If you have any questions, our Financial Coordinator, Samantha, will assist you with understanding your benefits in regards to your treatment plan.
